the hotel is centrally located i could easily walk to many attractions the staff was friendly and helpful i appreciated their assistance with directions the room itself was clean and spacious it had a balcony with a nice street view
i found the air conditioning wasn't very effective the nights were a bit uncomfortable also there was a musty smell in my room it seemed to come from the ac unit i think the hotel could improve on this

The location is superb. Sol and Opera metro stations are nearby. Breakfast offers a great mix of sweet and savory items with huge variety. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are fairly spacious. There is a lift available.

The staff was attentive. They responded quickly to requests. My room had blackout curtains. These were great for sleeping in. The hotel provided recyclable toiletries , which I found very thoughtful. They show real environmental consideration.
I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom, but it was very slight and did not affect my stay at all.
